Wajax Pension Surplus Challenge Update - February 2, 2002

We are encouraged by several recent events and by the increasing interest in our cause by existing employees.  We have done our best to present our case for the fair distribution of the Wajax pension surplus (approx. $15M) in responsible way.

If you believe that pension plans are trusts created solely for the benefit of employees and are not to be used by corporations / their executives as profit centres & / or bonus schemes you will want to join our crusade.

During the coming months we will intensify our campaign and will seek your support in bringing our cause to the attention of  1) our Members of Parliament. 2) national and local newspapers. 3) directors of Wajax Ltd. and Empire, telling our story.  We will continue our pension surplus fight as long as we have your support;
