Employee Comments on Wajax 2000 DB/DC Pension Settlement Confirmation Statement

Thought you would like to know, the following information was received
June 07,2001 Titled "OTHER INFORMATION" which was contained in the above
referenced document.

 "QUOTE"

FINANCIAL STATUS OF PLAN
Based on the results of the most recent actuarial valuation, the Plan
has an actuarial surplus on a going concern basis and a solvency basis.
As permitted under the Ontario Pension Benefits Act, the Company applies
a portion of the ongoing surplus to current service costs. In accordance
with the provisions of the Plan, if the Plan is terminated, any surplus
remaining after all pension benefits and other benefits payable are
satisfied may, subject to applicable pension legislation, be refunded to
the Company. "END QUOTE"

The audacity to boldly claim what is not morally theirs is astonishing.
I am" MAD AS HELL" and find it hard to go to work each day knowing that
the people who are responsible for the welfare of its employees are in
fact patting you on the back one day and taking what is rightfully yours
on another. This is tantamount to thievery of the highest order. I was
once very loyal to the company and the ethics it once held but now my
loyalty is to my pay check for as long as I am able to receive one. As
each day comes and goes, less and less is held in the favour for the
average working Joe. It's absolutely disgusting and " I AM MAD AS HELL".

I will be more than happy to fax the above information if it will help
in the cause at hand. On an other matter but similar in nature. Often I
check out our WEB site hoping to read at what stage are we regarding our
position in the fight, such as:

What are our chances winning this fight?
When are we scheduled to go to court?
Will it take months, years or decades?

I am often asked by many of my working cohorts, what's happening, has
the ball stopped or does it continue to roll, and if it continues to
roll how quickly are we advancing, are we gaining ground

Keep up the good work.
