The Board of Directors of Wajax Limited is pleased to
announce the appointment of Neil D. Manning as President and Chief Executive
Officer.
Mr. Manning, who was elected to the Board of Directors of
Wajax Limited in May 2002. Previously, Mr. Manning served as President of
Canadian Underground Equipment Inc. Until 1999 he had been President and
Chief Operating Officer and a director of Strongco Inc., and prior to that,
the President of Sheridan Equipment, Ontario division of Strongco Inc. Mr.
Manning has held various executive positions with the Associated Equipment
Distributors of America and the Canadian Association of Equipment
Distributors. Mr. Manning has a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA degree from the
University of Alberta. Mr. Manning resides in Toronto, Ontario.
