Wajax Limited today announced that Walter Fox has resigned as its President and Chief Executive Officer and Director effective immediately in order to pursue other opportunities. The Board of Directors has commenced a search for a replacement.

Wajax is a diversified company that has three core distribution businesses engaged in the sale and after-sale parts and service support of mobile equipment, diesel engines and industrial components, through a network of 120 branches across Canada and the Western United States. Its customer base spans natural resources, construction, transportation, manufacturing, industrial processing and utilities.
